Dry Grad Location

Dear Grads and Parents,

The results are in and we're pleased to announce that Dry Grad 2011 will be
in Kamloops. The Grad Planning Committee is excited to get started on the
planning. We're looking forward to working with all of you and to making
Grad 2011 a memorable celebration. Our next meeting will be Monday January
10th, 2011 at 7:00pm in room B2 at Sa-hali. We hope to see you there.

DRY GRAD

The Grad Parent Committee needs your input on the options for Dry Grad.  Each grad will receive a letter next Tuesday outlining the options.  You and your parents will be asked to vote on your preferred choice.  Ballots should be returned to the school next Wednesday - Friday.  The Ballot box will be at the main entrance at noon each of these days.

The next meeting of the Grad Committee is on Monday, November 29, 2010 at 7pm at the school.
All parents who would like to be part of organizing the celebratory events surrounding your son or daughter's grad should attend the meeting.

Fundraising -- Poinsettia Sales

Poinsettia sales begin today.  Forms will be going home with all grads.  The more poinsettia's that you sell, the less your grad fees will be.  So, sell sell sell!!

Grad Parent Meeting - Monday, November 8th

There is a grad parent meeting on Monday, November 8th at 7pm in room B2 at the school.  This meeting is for the parents of grads who wish to be part of the Grad Organizing Committee.

Grad Committee Meeting

The next meeting of the Grad Committee will take place on Monday, November 8, 2010 at 7:00 pm at the school.  All parents of grads are welcome to attend.

Grad Gown Measurements & Grad Photos

Please ensure that the main office has your height recorded for the gown rentals.  Also ask to check the diploma list to ensure that your name has the correct spelling.

All grads must sign up for a photo for the yearbook.  The sitting fee is $35.00.  Sign-up can be down through the main office.

Tuesday,  November 16 - 1:00 - 8:00 pm
Wednesday, November 17 - 1:00 - 8:00 pm
Thursday, November 18 - 1:00 - 8:00 pm
